Such a useful make, and I guarantee when you've made one, you'll make more!  I have used poppers on Troy the tray but you could use buttons to secure the corners, or a fancy stitch. There are lots of options to decrease and increase the size too.
 
Troy can be stored flat, perfect for picnics, for holidays or for the craft area.  You can use for bread rolls or quilters clips!  The versatility is huge!
