2025 Round Up

It's time for the last monthly blog post of 2025 and I thought you'd like a little treat. I could write an epistle on everything that's happened this year, but you'd get bored, I'm sure. Plus, at this time of year, everyone is busy! I appreciate that you're probably busy all year round but with Christmas added on for the majority of us, it's busier than usual.

So, with that in mind, I decided a pictorial round up might be nice.

And, a competition!!

To be in with a chance of winning a prize. please comment on this post, telling us:

  1. The name of the project in the photo

  2. When we made the project (approximately)

  3. Whether it was a pattern (could be free or otherwise), a swap, a challenge, a workshop or a tutorial (demo) on FB

There are lots of photos so the comment with the most correct information will win, and I'll be the only judge. I will announce the winner in the January blog post.

Here we go then.

Grab yourself a notebook and pen(cil), browse through the photos, write notes and then leave your comment. Good luck everyone!

I hope you enjoyed seeing photos of the gorgeous projects we've made as a community of stitchers this year. Do you recognise your own work here? I haven't mentioned names because these are just a few of the wonderful photos we've enjoyed from our Creative Friends group throughout the year.

As well as these there were so many other projects made this year, some repeatedly! It's truly been a massive year. Here's to more in 2026.

Don't forget to enter the competition. The prize is a secret (I'm not sure what it is yet either!), but it'll be a good one. If you are not in the UK, we can arrange an Amazon voucher for you so you're still in with a chance.

Seasons Greetings to you all,

Happy Stitching,

See you in 2026,

Kath x

Kath as always a beautiful blog, I love all the photography of our projects this year. I am hoping to get a chance to answer the quiz over the next week or too. Feels a bit like birthday week, but with more time to take part. I always love the memories that this sort of quiz evokes. Wishing everyone involved at Lizzy Towers a peaceful and joy filled Christmas and a new year with good health, joy, peace and happiness. You all brighten my life throughout the year and I thank you all so much 🤗🤗 Carol 🤗🤗
